Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Julia Ockwell Art. Every piece is created or produced with great care, and I want you to love your artwork.

Because original paintings, fine art prints, and commissioned artwork are made specifically for each order, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery at jkockwell@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the artwork and its packaging so I can review the issue and determine the best resolution.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Orders currently ship within the United States only. Most orders are processed within 5–8 business days before shipping, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

If your delivery address is within 10 miles of my Atlanta studio, you may be eligible for complimentary local hand delivery. If your order qualifies, I’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
